Vandalism or Art

Vandalism or Art
Art is not a criminal act, agree? I also wonder how a visual work can harm others and are called criminal acts. Apparently there are visual works that could lead to criminal action. Tracing visual works of others without the owner's consent is one such
example. And there is one more expressive of the people who have art talent both in terms of idea and execution, but unfortunately was applied to the wrong place and inappropriate, In this case the work is eliminating the function of the visual work of others. this is often referred to as vandalism.

Vandalism is the behaviour attributed originally to the Vandals, by the Romans, in respect of culture: ruthless destruction or spoiling of anything beautiful or venerable. The term also includes criminal damage such as graffiti and defacement directed towards any property without permission of the owner.

Here are some of them

A fairly severe form of vandalism occurred in Bulgaria. The artists transform the Russian Red Army soldiers into superheroes of the comic book character. At first glance it became quite entertaining as a unique spectacle. But the form of vandalism such as this will mess up the image of the statue that is full of history and philosophy of value as a monument to the pride of a nation.

There are many other important sites that should be protected but often "broken" by the intervention of parties who are not responsible. The power of creativity is implemented incorrectly and out of place.
