Ecofont: A Free Eco-Friendly Font

Hats off to Spranq design studio from the city of cheese, Netherlands. One that has designed environmentally friendly letter: Ecofont. A Letter that can reduce the use of printer ink and toner up to 20% compared to ordinary letters.
Design of the letter itself was developed from Vera Sans, an opensource font, the letter body pierced perforated like a Dutch cheese. No ink required to print a hole, this is the simple idea that savings can be made.
That way, designers, printing, or any font user can save the cost (to buy ink and toner), frugality environmental cost that must be removed every time we create something.
Hey. There is a free version! Download it now from here.

Nice and cute and yes eco-friendly, instead of using thick block letters, this one will save ink because of the white holes, very good idea.. loved it!!
ReplyIt's kinda cool this eco-friendly font. I'd like to see more fonts like this.
