For Fox, an underground bar, we embraced a deep color palette on its business card. Cultured but not up-tight. To hint at the bar being downstairs we’ve chosen a portrait orientation card. We printed Gill Sans Shadow in black on Neenah Classic pewter paper, then drew an in-line typeface printed in gold foil to respond to the lighting in the bar. That in-line typeface then became a dual-sided neon “Liquor” sign on the exterior of the bar.”
